Consultation
It starts with a short planning questionnaire so we can understand your home, your goals, and what success looks like for you. From there, we schedule a no-obligation consultation to walk through your vision in detail. Design & Selections
You'll work directly with our in-house designer Jesse, not an outsourced firm and not a catalog handoff. Every layout decision, material selection, and finish choice is made together so that the final result reflects how you actually want to live. We help you make confident decisions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Pre-Construction
Before a single wall comes down, we do the heavy planning work: materials are ordered, mechanical subcontractors are scheduled, and the full project sequence is mapped out. This is where most renovation companies cut corners. We don’t. Thorough pre-construction planning is what allows us to deliver predictable timelines and avoid the surprises that derail other projects.
Construction
Your dedicated project manager oversees every day of the build. Our crews are respectful of your home and your time. Clean jobsites, consistent hours, and clear updates. You'll receive weekly walkthroughs so you can see progress firsthand and ask questions in real time. Any additional communication is organized and saved using your email address through our project management software JobTread. Whether you're home every day or checking in remotely, you'll always know where things stand.
Final Walkthrough
We don’t consider a project complete until you do. Before we wrap up, we walk through every detail together and address anything that doesn't meet our standard. Our fixed-price guarantee means there are no surprise invoices waiting at the end. Just a finished space you're proud of.
